At the Real Deal Brazil, we’re all about a good time. And if our original RDB recycled-tarp hat doesn’t yell that loud enough for ya, our new Beer Cap Hat Band screams it till it’s brew in the face! It’s the primo hat accessory for when you’re up to something, or maybe even just planning to be. Caps come primarily from beers, though a few flavored malt beverages sometimes pop-top into the mix as well. You’ll find mostly major American brands, though we also sneak in some big imports, like Heineken, and even more, Corona, since who doesn’t like to go all Cinco de Mayo now and again? Unlike the bulk of our Real Deal Brazil brand, which hails entirely from Brazil, we make our Beer Cap Hat Band right here in the States. Like all of our products, however, the bulk of raw materials have been recycled; our thanks to local watering holes for their contributions! As with our signature recycled-tarp products, no two of our Beer Cap Hat Bands are alike. Each one depends on who drank what when, and then what got saved. For a few dollars more, we also offer Real Deal Brazil Craft Beer Cap Hat Bands, while our Brazil Beer Cap Hat Bands are available as often as we’re able to get the caps from Brazil to make them. All bottle caps are cleanly double-punched to slide easily onto the heavy cord, which is recycled from our sister hammock business. Caps are then set uniformly apart and affixed with a high-melt-point glue, so they should never shift around and leave unattractive gaps. No one, after all, likes an unattractive gap. You could certainly set out to make one of these bad boys for yourself, of course. And getting there might just be half the fun, though the assembly part at the end can get a little tricky – drinking a lot and operating power tools is a recipe for a bad, bleeding time ahead. And as for working a hot-glue gun while hammered: Parts of you may end up stuck to who knows what before it’s all over. That’s why we did all the hard work for ya, so you can concentrate instead on simply having a real good time. Just please be safe about it.
